Food Safety Level One provides the essential skills and knowledge. This foundation level is suitable for anyone that handles food in any industry. 

Food Safety Level one is available by distance learning please click here to download the

Food Safety Level Two is suitable for anyone who works with a Food Safety Program. Based on HACCP.

 
If Food Safety supervisor certificate is required and participant may only need to attend Food Safety Level 1 - conditions apply. Food Safety Level 2  is suitable for all businesses that prepare food to sell or serve, that is ready to eat, unpackaged, potentially hazardous food and that vulnerable people such as Hospitals, Aged care facilities, Children's Services and Caterers are, or will soon all be required to have a Food Safety Program.
 
What is covered in this training:
  • Learn what you need to know to comply with the new regulations
  • Understanding how to monitor and maintain records
  • Procedures to ensure that the food in your business remains safe
